Hennen has substantial experience in all aspects of litigation and transactional matters. Hennen’s primary areas of practice are commercial litigation, medical malpractice, products and premises liability, insurance coverage disputes, domestic matters, general litigation, corporate formation, contracts, corporate transactions, and representation.

Prior to forming Ehrenclou & Grover LLC, Hennen served as a lawyer with Weinstock & Scavo, P.C., where he represented a variety of clients in Georgia and other jurisdictions. Hennen’s diverse background in representing different types of parties provides him with the ability to apply his broad experience to effectively represent his clients.

Kavan focuses his practice on personal injury (including wrongful death and medical malpractice). Prior to the formation of Ehrenclou & Grover LLC in May of 2011, Kavan was a solo practitioner in Lawrenceville, Georgia, maintaining a law firm that he founded on October 31st, 2005, the day he was first licensed to practice law. Kavan has represented hundreds of clients in matters in pre-litigation and in litigation and has handled approximately thirty-five jury trials and countless motions hearings, bench trials, mediations, settlement conferences, and appeals.

Kavan has been named by Thomson Reuters® and Atlanta Magazine® to the Georgia Rising Stars list as one of the top up--and--coming attorneys in Georgia for the last eight years (2012 - 2019), an honor which is bestowed upon less than 2.5 percent of the lawyers in the state.
